Silvia Flores is the founder and managing partner of Alder Koten. Silvia started that firm in 2011, returning to the workplace after spending ten years raising her two boys. She is a member of the firm’s manufacturing and industrial practices and performs senior-level executive searches for clients across multiple sectors. Silvia works proactively to build a talent network of women in leadership and STEM roles and is a strong proponent of changing the balance of power for women in the workplace. She is an active member of the Conscious Capitalism movement. Her professional working experience includes various quality, engineering, and operational excellence-related positions with Vigobyte and American Standard. Silvia earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and industrial engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and is certified in Demand Flow Technology. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
