Geoff is an executive search consultant for talent that design processes, improvements, and initiatives; Lean, Continuous Improvement, 6 Sigma, and Kaizen.
Geoffrey brings nearly 10 years of executive search experience across technology, supply chain, transportation & logistics, consumer, and industrial & manufacturing to the team. As partner, he delivers results on executive searches across these industries through his solid understanding of technology and digital transformations, CIO/CTO and IT leadership, and supply chain optimization.
Prior to joining Acertitude, Geoffrey was managing director for Technology Executive Group (TEG) and O’Neill Consulting Group, dedicating his time to both firms as part of an early joint venture engagement and pre-cursor to the Acertitude launch. Previously, he spent two years as executive recruiting leader at Red Hat, a multinational software provider of open source solutions, where he was responsible for building the internal executive search function. His introduction to retained executive search began at O’Neill Consulting Group earlier in his career, following a staffing manager role with Robert Half International.
Geoff is happily married and the proud father of two young children. All enjoy getting outdoors for fresh air activities in their personal time. He is an avid runner and likes hitting the trails to train and compete in long-distance running. Not to mention, as a New England transplant, he can’t help but delight in the warmer southern climate whenever he has the chance.
