Molly A Robb joined Diversified Search in 2018, working primarily in the life sciences sector and with BioQuest, the subsidiary of The Diversified Search Group. based in San Francisco. Robb works closely with healthcare venture capital and private equity firms, along with biopharma and medical technology portfolio companies, to place senior-level talent. She has more than 20 years of search leadership experience within both big box and boutique search firms, recruiting healthcare investment professionals and senior operators for a wide range of emerging and established life sciences companies.
Her clients on the investment side have included corporate venture capital funds, public and private Investment funds, global health, and impact investment funds. On the portfolio side, she has recruited senior leaders for emerging companies and worked with large cap, public life sciences clients. Her clients include companies in the biopharma, medical device, medical diagnostics, and digital health sectors.
Robb is a supporter of the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation, the only philanthropy solely focused on accelerating the development of drugs to prevent, treat, and cure Alzheimer’s disease, related dementias, and cognitive aging. She is also the co-Founder of the Boston chapter of C-Sweetener, a business mentoring platform dedicated to connecting female leaders on the path to the healthcare C-Suite.
