A self-motivated leader with more than 16 years of consulting experience in business transformation strategy and implementation, Christina brings a deep understanding and passion for the human element of transformation.
She has expertise in corporate culture-shaping, leader engagement and mobilization, strategic change management, talent optimization, workforce planning, organizational design, and HR transformation.
Christina’s management consulting experience includes Fortune and Global 500 companies and spans a broad range of industries, including lifesciences, utilities, retail and consumer products, professional services, automotive, engineering, oil and gas, and municipal and federal government.
Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Christina served as principal and North American people and performance capability leader at a global strategy and transformation consulting firm. She was previously a consultant with Ernst & Young Consulting Services.Education:
