Ed Cass is an engagement leader at culture-shaping firm Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company. He has extensive experience planning and leading culture-shaping engagements in a variety of international industries. In addition to his vast experience and leadership in the information technology field, he also brings a strong set of skills necessary to counsel executives and their teams.
During his career at Senn Delaney, Ed has partnered with numerous organizations to create the corporate culture they need to support the implementation of their business strategies and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Ed spent 26 years in the information technology field at three large insurance companies: Massachusetts Mutual Insurance Company, Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company and Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. In his position as vice president of information systems at Mutual of Omaha, Ed helped lead the company through a number of strategic changes. He learned first hand that to achieve strong, sustainable business results, the organization needed to align strategy, organizational structure and systems and corporate culture. In addition to his strong technical and project management experience, Ed gained critical experience implementing quality processes to achieve operational excellence.Education:
Ed received his bachelor of science degree in business from Fordham University. In addition, Ed received a master of business administration from Western New England College and completed coursework toward a law degree.
