Jennifer Prefontaine is a Principal and member of the Salveson Stetson Group management team. She has more than 15 years of experience in retained executive search.
Jennifer currently leads search operations and research strategy for the firm and she has managed a number of Salveson Stetson Group’s large recruitment projects.
Jennifer´s experience in recruiting executives from a wide range of industries and functions. She entered the field of executive search after 12 years in higher education administration.
Jennifer Prefontaine began her career at Cornell University where she was a career development and placement professional for Cornell’s MBA and Engineering Programs. After leaving Cornell, Jennifer joined the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania working in both MBA career development and MBA admissions. While at Wharton, Jennifer worked extensively with hiring managers in the high-tech, healthcare and consulting industries.
Jennifer holds a B achelor of Arts degree; Communications from SUNY New Paltz also a certifications in the Hogan Assessment and MBTI Interpretation. Former Membership Committee Chairperson of the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association.
