Joe Huddle is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Industrial and Private Equity practices.
Joseph Huddle focuses on manufacturing, distribution and services companies in the public and private sectors, with deep experience working with private equity-backed portfolio companies. His placements include C-level executives in both financial leadership roles and general management positions. His industry sector experience includes construction, paper & packaging, automotive, capital equipment, electronics, basic materials, and both business and industrial services.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Joe was managing partner of the global industrial practice of a large executive search firm. Before that, he was co-head of the practice and earlier, North American industrial practice group leader for the same firm.
Previously, Joe was a partner at a large global executive search firm where he was a member of the global industrial practice and the supply chain COE, where he completed a number of senior-level integrated supply chain management assignments.
Prior to his search career, Joe spent a decade in sales and marketing management roles in business process outsourcing.Education:
Joe received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
