Lynn is an executive search consultant with a focus and expertise in Human Resources, Investment, Financial Services and, Commercial Banking.
Lynn Berman is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Human Resources and Financial Services practices.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Lynn ran her own executive search and diversity consultancy, working with clients ranging from VC-backed start-ups to global financial institutions. Previously, she was a member of BlackRock’s Talent Acquisition Leadership team, where she served in numerous capacities.
Lynn previously worked at two global executive search firms where she successfully executed senior-level searches for financial institutions, investment banks, hedge funds, and traditional asset managers. Earlier in her career, Lynn was a member of the portfolio talent team for JPMorgan Partners private equity group. She began her career as an assistant trader/portfolio administrator on the fixed income desk at Neuberger & Berman.Education:
Lynn earned her master of business administration degree from NYU’s Stern School of Business and her bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College.
