Sherry’s extensive experience leading high-stakes transformational change within multiple global industries allows her to quickly identify critical issues, develop pragmatic action plans and support leadership teams to shape high-performing cultures.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Sherry served as president & CEO of Alex Reidy & Company, a Chicago-based management consulting firm specializing in brand and culture alignment, and organization effectiveness.
Most recently, Sherry served in executive level positions including vice president of global talent and organization capability for several Fortune 100 companies, where she was responsible for talent strategy, enabling global growth, and developing organization capability.
Sherry is accustomed to navigating globally-diverse environments and high-profile situations that require hands-on experience, local partnership, and accelerated turnarounds. Her work has encapsulated cultural transformation and global change efforts across industrial, consumer packaged goods and healthcare, including one of the largest Fortune 500 mergers that resulted in a combined market capitalization of over $110 billion.
