Nicholas is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the Global Technology and Services Practice and the Artificial Intelligence Practice.
Nicholas DeMagistris focuses on recruiting board, officer, and vice president-level candidates for organizations in multiple technology areas including infrastructure software, business applications, and cloud services. Nicholas has worked extensively with both public and private companies, with expertise in go-to-market and product functions.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Nicholas spent four years at The Bowdoin Group, a boutique executive search firm based outside of Boston. As a senior consultant, he focused on business development, account management, and search execution within the software and technology space. He was also involved in a number of internal firm-building initiatives.Education:
Nicholas earned his MBA from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and his BBA in marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
