Darren C Cinti a partner where he leads the Cloud Practice and is a member of the CEO & Board and Private Equity practices. He has been helping national and international clients build their leadership teams since 1998. Darren helps build boards and management teams for venture capital and private equity-backed companies as well as large-scale public companies.
Darren joined Heidrick & Struggles following the firm’s acquisition of IronHill Partners, a national retained executive search firm, where he was a partner in the Boston office. Focused on technology companies, IronHill grew into one of the leading recruiting firms in North America with offices in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and California.
Before joining IronHill, Darren was a senior associate at another executive search firm where he was a member of the Advanced Technology Practice. Darren began his career in marketing communications with Executive Risk Inc. (acquired by Chubb), a directors and officers risk management company, where he managed PR, IR, marketing programs, and corporate communications initiatives.Education:
Darren is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with bachelor degrees in both communications and journalism.
