Timothy Brooks is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the global Industrial and Aerospace & Defense practices. He also recruits executives in human resources and commercial functions, helping build effective leadership teams across industries such as automation & robotics, defense, custom-engineered solutions, and connectivity.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Tim co-led the U.S. industrial practice of another global executive talent firm. He previously served as a U.S. Marine officer. Education:
Tim earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in international studies and political science from the Virginia Military Institute.
