Ann Jones is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Minneapolis office, specializing in senior and executive-level finance assignments in a variety of companies in the consumer, industrial and financial services industries. Ann’s clients include public corporations and private companies undergoing significant change as a result of dramatic growth, competitive pressures, globalization, reorganization, and/or replacement of long-term leadership.
Prior to joining Heidrick and Struggles, Ann served for five years as associate vice president of new business and firm operations in the Individual Life Division of Hartford Life, Inc. Before that, Ann spent 15 years at American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise). She joined as certificates marketing manager and was promoted into several leadership roles. Her last position there was associate vice president of insurance new business and underwriting. Ann also has extensive experience in sales management.Education:
Ann holds a master’s of business administration degree in strategic management from the Carlson School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College.
