Kim Ennis joined BioQuest, which was acquired by The Diversified Search Group in 2016, in 2001. Since then, Ennis has focused her practice on recruiting C-suite executives, board members, and other senior leaders in the medical device, consumer health and wellness, and health IT markets. Well-honed at assessing talent, she recruits for all functional leadership roles, including sales and marketing, R&D, operations and manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, quality, and finance. She has built an impressive roster of clients and works with companies of various stages of growth—from early-stage and venture-capital-backed to the global public.
Ennis brings almost 30 years of healthcare experience to her search work. She has held positions in sales, training, and business development for leading medical device companies such as Mallinckrodt, Haemonetics, and Laserscope. She also spent a decade as a registered nurse, specializing in cardiovascular and open-heart surgery.
