Martha C Hauser is a Managing Director and the Healthcare Services practice leader at Diversified Search. Her experience recruiting leadership in the healthcare and higher education spheres is both deep and functionally broad. During more than two decades in executive search, she has recruited a vast number of key leaders for integrated delivery systems, medical groups, health systems, academic medical centers, health sciences centers, and colleges and universities.
Prior to joining Diversified in 2013, Hauser opened the Atlanta office of Witt Kieffer in 1997, and during her tenure there served as Regional Director and as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Her experience also includes leading the southern region healthcare practice at Spencer Stuart, and operational responsibility for Tyler & Company’s executive search practice.
Hauser is a frequent presenter, thought leader, and panelist at health conferences, including for the American College of Healthcare Executives and the North Carolina Organization of Nursing Leaders.
