Neysa Dillon is an executive search consultant with more than 15 years in the industrial sector and, healthcare systems recruitment.
Based in Atlanta, Neysa Dillon Brown is a Managing Director in both Diversified Search’s Healthcare Services and Education, Nonprofit, and Arts and Culture practices.
Her track record of placing outstanding and impactful executive leaders stems from her diverse leadership experience with several leading healthcare and nonprofit organizations. Her focus has been on partnering with hospitals and healthcare systems on talent acquisition, executive and diversity recruitment, organizational assessments, and pipeline development.
Throughout her 15 years in the executive search industry, Dillon-Brown has worked with a wide array of organizations, including nonprofit associations, academic medical centers, and some of the country’s largest healthcare systems, to secure C-Suite leadership. Prior to her career in executive search, her previous positions included Director of Education at the American Hospital Association’s Institute for Diversity in Health Equity. At the State University of New York’s (SUNY) Health Science Center of Brooklyn she served in several leadership positions, including as Assistant Provost for Student Affairs.
She is often asked to speak on approaches to developing diverse teams, as well as the value of diversity. She is also Diversified Search’s steering committee representative for the Alliance for Board Diversity (ABD), a national organization promoting diversity and inclusion on corporate boards.
