She has conducted senior-level searches for both public and private colleges and universities (including majority institutions, HBCUs, and HSIs), foundations, and a wide range of not-for-profit organizations. Among her placements are presidents, chancellors, provosts/chief academic officers, chief diversity officers, and deans, as well as CEOs, presidents, and executive directors of not-for-profits. Additionally, Belle partners with corporate clients primarily in the area of diversity recruitment.
Before joining Diversified, Belle was a principal at Hodge Partners, Heidrick & Struggles, and CEO of Innovative Search Group. She began her career in management information consulting.
