Prior to joining Diversified Search in 2015, Bowers spent 11 years in executive search, principally with Heidrick & Struggles. There, she served as an associate and participated in the successful placement of over 74 C-suite and VP level positions—many of Fortune 500 companies. She also worked for Russell Reynolds Associates, in Washington, D.C., where she supported the health care practice team. In her most recent role, Bowers worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an executive recruiter.
Prior to her move into executive search, Holly served as Assistant Vice President of Alumni Relations at Drexel University in Philadelphia. She spent five years in that role working with alumni volunteers, alumni clubs, and the Board of Governors.
