Ryan Baggett is an executive search consultant in the Life Science and healthcare sector.
Ryan Baggett joined Buffkin/Baker in August 2014 as Healthcare Associate of the firm and is actively engaging in a variety of industry searches. Ryan joined the firm with over 4 years of recruitment experience. Prior to Buffkin/Baker, Ryan was employed with Maxim Healthcare Services, specializing in recruitment and placement of medical professionals on both a regional and national level. Before working in regional talent acquisitions, Ryan spent 2 years working in a senior recruitment capacity with the local branch office in Nashville, TN, where he engaged in business development, management of staff, compliance procedures, and the overall recruitment efforts. Before entering the recruitment and search industry, Ryan spent 5 years working as golf assistant manager for Troon Golf. During this time, he planned and facilitated golf tournaments including college championships, and PGA sanctioned events.
Ryan is a native of the Nashville area and graduated from the University of Mississippi. Where he was a member of the Ole Miss Football team. Recently married, he and his wife Caitlin currently reside here in the Brentwood area. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, deep-sea fishing, and attending all sporting events.
