Warren Wasp’s experience is based on executive search and organizational consulting practice.
Warren Wasp serves as a Partner in the Entertainment/Sports/Media Practice at Buffkin/Baker. Prior to this, he founded WTW Associates in February 1987 and served as its President. He is also past Chairman of IIC Partners, Executive Search Worldwide and a previous AESC Board Member. Prior to forming WTW Associates, Warren was a senior executive at Warner Communications, Inc. where he was responsible for the Human Resources and Administration function. In this capacity, he directed all corporate and divisional activities related to compensation and benefits, staffing, organization planning, employee relations, and affirmative action.
Prior to his tenure with Warner, Warren was a Principal with Ernst & Young, where he directed the executive search and organizational consulting practice of the firm’s New York Metropolitan office. Warren earned his B.S. degree from the University of Bridgeport and served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps.
