Jill Blackburn is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and a member of the Healthcare Life Sciences Practice.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jill led the healthcare services practice at another executive search firm. In her role, she specialized in recruiting senior C-suite leaders and board members. Before beginning her career in search, Jill was an executive director at JP Morgan Chase, leading a regional team serving the international needs of commercial clients across myriad industries, including healthcare.
Jill also spent 12 years at McDonald’s Corporation holding leadership roles in franchise and supplier finance as well as corporate treasury. She worked in Europe and Asia managing relationships with global banking partners and tax advisors on corporate capital matters. In addition to her time in corporate roles, she was a partner in a personal finance mobile app.
Throughout her career, Jill has been recognized for her knowledge of the economic environment and trends that contribute to industry disruption. She has established relationships in both corporate and financial leadership across multiple industries. She is particularly focused on leadership and human capital needs through the transformation and commercialization of the healthcare industry.Education:
Jill earned an MBA, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, with a minor in political science, from Miami University in Oxford, OH.
