Natalia Bilash has 15 years of experience as an executive search consultant.
Natalia Bilash has extensive experience recruiting for life science companies for whom she uses a consultative approach on how to solve business challenges through creative staffing. Her clients range from emerging venture-backed biotechnology and biopharmaceutical organizations to established companies who are leaders in their fields.
Prior to her work in life sciences retained search, Natalia worked for several boutique retained firms on searches in the Non Profit, Hospital, and Consumer Packaged Goods industries.
Her earlier career included working in the publishing industry, initially at two Simon & Schuster education companies, and later for a medical publisher at the International Medical News Group.
Natalia enjoys photography, travel, and gardening and is an active member and volunteer photographer at The High Line of New York, as well as in her community. She holds a B.A. from Rutgers University in English and Psychology and has also completed graduate coursework.
