Vicki’s 15 years of sales and management success in telecommunications contribute to her in-depth knowledge of the industry and ability to develop a keen sense of a company’s culture to ensure candidates are a strong fit from every perspective.

Previously, Vicki served as a managing director with the Technology Executive Group. Early in her career, she held sales and management positions with Intermedia Communications, Sprint, MCI, and Cable & Wireless, receiving numerous awards for her high performance and success building new teams from the ground up.
