Tricia is an executive recruiter with over 20 years of experience in human resources and executive search. 

Tricia is an executive recruiter with over 20 years of experience in human resources and executive search. As a member of our healthcare practice, she identifies, engages, and qualifies leaders and medical officers for our healthcare and private equity clients.  Her ‘all-in’ approach to search combined with her teamwork mentality makes her a valuable advisor to our clients.

She joins the Acertitude team from executive search firm Korn Ferry, where she spent nearly six years as a senior associate in the academic health center practice. Prior, she was a human resources business partner with a market-leading managed care organization. She spent her earlier career in recruitment roles with a geriatric specialty care provider and community hospitals.

Tricia lives in Jefferson, Maine with her significant other Mark and German Shepard Mack, who they adore. They enjoy all that gorgeous Maine outdoors offers through boating, swimming, and ice-fishing on the lake.
