Stuart serves in leadership roles in the global consulting & advisory services sector and business services sector within the practice.

Stuart Sadick is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the Professional Services Practice. He is also an active member of the Chief Human Resources Officers Practice, the Marketing Officers Practice, and the Private Equity Practice.  He previously led the Boston office as a managing partner and has been actively involved in various global firm initiatives, including strategy, quality, consultant development, and training.  Stuart has also chaired the firm’s Global Quality Council for the last four years.

His earlier professional involvements include serving as the vice president of recruitment and professional development at CSC Index, the strategy consulting arm of Computer Sciences Corporation. Reporting to the CEO, he was instrumental in recruiting and building the talent across the firm in Asia, North America, and Europe.

His earlier search experience has included a founding role at a boutique executive search firm in San Francisco. Stuart began his search career at another global executive search firm. Earlier, he was an engagement manager in McKinsey’s Chicago office and a consultant at Data Resources.

Stuart has been an active volunteer at both the board and direct service level for Big Brothers of Greater Boston, Boston AIDS Action Committee, Recordings for the Blind, Jewish Family and Children’s Services, Canon Kip Episcopal Community House, and other organizations. He was previously the board president of Massachusetts Citizens for Children, a child advocacy organization, and board president of The Second Step, an organization that provides services to women and their children as survivors of domestic violence. Education:

Stuart received his MS in management from MIT’s Sloan School, and his BA in French and economics from Connecticut College. He has also completed the executive management program in strategic human resource management at Harvard Business School.
