As a multi-industry specialist, she has been engaged in assignments in the U.S. and globally in the sectors of financial services, technology, life sciences, consumer products, manufacturing, nonprofit, healthcare, and higher education.
She has led the firm’s efforts in the identification, selection, contracting, and training for research-oriented products while also being actively involved in senior-level executive search assignments.
Goldman joined Diversified Search in 1988, after selling a successful retail business in Philadelphia, which she established and operated for six years. Since joining the firm, she has utilized unique and creative approaches to the selection, recruitment, and screening of executives.
