Richard Fudickar’s career of over 25 years in executive search is distinguished by an extensive roster of successful placements in senior management. 

Richard’s industry expertise is broad and international, and he is highly regarded for his leadership on assignments across all functional roles and also works with companies at various stages of development, from start-ups to multinationals.

Richar is Managing Partner with Boyden since 1999. Successful track record of numerous c-level search assignments with national and international clients in Europe and abroad. Also, he has experience across a wide range of sectors, with a focus on automotive, industrial and technology; additional expertise in consumer goods (both FMCG and general) and professional services. Recruits senior managers in a variety of functions, including sales and marketing, finance and operations.

Richard embarked on a five-year tour of duty in Parliamentary affairs, first at Schleswig-Holstein State Parliament in Kiel, and later in the Federal Parliament in Bonn, where he was Chief of Staff for a committee chairman
