Rich Rosen is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office. As a member of Heidrick Consulting, he specializes in strategic and organizational change dealing with leadership requirements & capabilities, leadership structures and senior team effectiveness. Rich helps CEOs, boards and senior executive teams to develop strategy, enhance team effectiveness, design their organizational structures, and implement and lead large-scale organizational change initiatives. He has worked in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, high-tech, telecommunications, finance, service industries and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Rich was a senior partner at Mercer Delta Consulting for seven years. Previously, he worked in affiliation with Deloitte & Touche to provide executive change leadership support for long-term initiatives that ranged from redesigning organizational architecture, reengineering production and service delivery supply chains, and implementing integrated information systems such as SAP.
With more than 25 years’ experience in consulting, Rich formerly served as vice president of the Einstein Consulting Group focusing on health care institutions and also worked internationally providing development and change consultation to US AID and the Peace Corps.Education:
Having completed course work in the doctoral program in organizational behavior at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, he also earned a master’s degree in psychology and a bachelor’s degree in biological science.
