Rebecca Glick is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and member of Heidrick Consulting. She focuses on advising boards, CEOs, and CHROs on areas such as CEO and executive succession planning, executive assessment and coaching, and top team and board effectiveness to accelerate individual, team, and organizational performance.
Rebecca brings significant experience developing individuals and teams, leading work in a variety of industries, including consumer products, retail, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services, industrial, and technology.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Rebecca held a management consulting role where she partnered with leaders of Fortune 100 companies to accelerate organizational change and effectiveness, leading engagements in organizational design and assessment, team effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Rebecca has also held talent development positions at American Express and Canon Business Services, as well as a marketing communications role at a public relations where she specialized in consumer brands and food nutrition. Education:
Rebecca received her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, and a master of arts degree in industrial/organizational psychology from New York University.
