Rafal is an executive search consultant in HR and staffing across all sectors. He facilitates assessment and development centers, and conducts HR audits and trainings.
Rafal Boczkowski, with degrees in Sociology and Management, Rafał has almost 20 years of professional experience in CEE & Baltics as both an Executive Search Consultant and HR Director. Rafał’s scope of experience includes supporting clients across all sectors in the area of Executive Search and Leadership Development. He also facilitates assessment and development centers and conducts HR audits and training. Rafał is appreciated by his clients for his extraordinary full-range problem-solving approach. Rafał joined the Accord Group Poland team in 2016 as a Partner and the Nuvadis Talents team in 2017 – also as a Partner. Prior to that Rafał gained his experience at HR roles in companies such as: Delphi Automotive Systems. Cargill, Siemens, IBM, and Avon. He was responsible for i.a. for projects like P&G HR Outsourcing, restructuring post-acquisition of Wella and Gillette across CEE (IBM) and consolidation & restructuring of HR processes of 3 business units (Avon). Rafał has his MA in Sociology from the Warsaw University and Management from the Business and Foreign Languages School in Warsaw.
