Matthew Vossler is a Managing Director at the Boston office of Diversified Search, where he serves primarily in the Life Sciences and Healthcare Services Practices. He has completed searches at the CEO and CFO levels, as well as Executive Director and Vice President in a range of therapeutic areas within general management, research and development, commercial operations, regulatory affairs, and technical operations. He also has considerable experience in the nonprofit sector, specifically working with hospitals, universities, and independent research institutes.

Prior to joining Diversified Search, Vossler most recently was a Partner with The RSA Group, a global retained executive search and consulting company with headquarters in London. Before RSA, he was a founding partner of Heritage Partners International and was associated with a number of other search firms, including Heidrick & Struggles. Before entering the field of executive search, Vossler served as President of Home Buyers Assistance Corporation, a relocation management company based in Westport, Connecticut.

In 1987, Vossler co-founded Swim Across America, a nonprofit organization that raises funds for cancer research, treatment, and survivorship programs through a series of open-water swimming events. He currently serves as the organization’s Co-Founder and Board Member. To date, Swim Across America has raised more than $90 million, primarily benefiting Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, UCSF, Massachusetts General, Johns Hopkins University Medical Center, and The Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
