Mariano Malvicino is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Houston office and leads the Industrial Services Practice as a member of the global Industrial Practice.
His recent experience includes leading the CEO Succession for a $4 billion services company, a top-team executive assessment following a $3 billion merger transaction, as well as multiple executive search projects for publicly-traded and private-equity clients in areas such as facilities management; field services; waste management; asset integrity and maintenance; and test, inspection, and certification.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Mariano gained considerable talent advisory experience at other global executive search firms. Before that, he gained broader consulting experience working with McKinsey & Company, where he served top companies across a variety of industries including manufacturing, services, and energy. Prior to McKinsey, he worked with Tenaris, the world’s leading tubular steel manufacturer for the oil and gas industry.Education:
Mariano earned an MBA, with honors, from Columbia Business School in New York and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, with honors, from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
