Lucia is an executive search consultant in the FMGG, pharmaceutical, industrial, and Financial sectors.

Lucia Zatloukalová has more than 14 years of experience in executive search and recruitment. She accomplished many successful projects for the clients within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, energy/utility, manufacturing, and financial sector.

She started her career in Executive Search in 2002 at a research position, then developed her career through consulting positions. Lucia has experience from the sales and marketing field as well, worked on the side of an international advertising agency as well as at an FMCG company.

Lucia is also focusing on developing Interim management services in Czechia and Slovakia under the Brand of AGIM

Lucia holds a master degree in HR Management and Management of Organizations from the Comenius University, Bratislava, she speaks Slovak, Czech, and English.
