Lubor Staněk is a Senior Executive Search Consultant and a Partner at Accord Group recruiting for Manufacturing and Consumer Goods Industries.
His expertise covers a wide range of sectors and disciplines. He is challenged by start-up projects and he really enjoys the most complicated and demanding searches requiring systematic and analytic approaches, passion for success as well as patience, loyalty, objectivity, and discretion.
Lubor has been in the executive search and selection business since 1994 and he has thus been one of the longest-serving Search Consultants in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He managed a number of successful assignments at senior executive levels for multinational and local clients.
A lawyer and diplomat by education, in addition to his native Czech, Lubor speaks English, Russian as well as some Greek and Spanish.
Lubor enjoys traveling, hiking and biking, loves Greece and everything Greek. He is maintaining work-life balance by practicing yoga, meditation, Tai Chi Chuan, reiki… and by enjoying “being here and now”. He likes books by Eckhart Tolle.
