Leon brings his extensive experience in M&A, Private Equity and developing companies to Fisher Leadership and looks forward to working with the executive team on this exciting phase of the company’s evolution.

Leon Lau started his working career as a research chemist with CSIRO before moving into senior Asia – Pac sales and marketing roles with a multinational chemical company. He then changed his career path joining the newly emerging IT&T Contracting and Recruitment sector and subsequently becoming Managing Director of Paxus People. In 1990, Leon founded Peoplebank Australia and over the next 25 years grew Peoplebank to be Australia’s largest IT&T recruitment company with offices throughout Australia and SE Asia. Peoplebank was sold to Recruit Holdings of Japan in 2015.
