Lauren Keefe is an executive search consultant in general management and commercial leadership searches.

Lauren Keefe is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York City office.  She specializes in general management and commercial leadership searches across the fast moving consumer goods, retail, luxury and beauty sectors. Lauren’s practice is global and she has extensive experience working across Europe, Latin America, Asia and domestic markets to execute international searches. Her clients include publicly traded corporations, privately held companies, founder/owner companies, private equity firms and financially distressed companies.

Lauren supports her clients in building the capability and attracting the talent necessary to create a compelling consumer experience across channels in today’s rapidly changing marketplace. Fundamental to this success is a creative approach to identifying talent across traditional industry boundaries who can spur innovation and drive business performance.  She has a special interest in newly created leadership positions aimed at driving a transformation in an evolving company, or at building a new competency within an organization.

Before beginning her career in executive search with Heidrick & Struggles, Lauren worked as part of KPMG’s Business Due Diligence team in support client mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and corporate development plans.  She began her professional career with a global management consulting firm where she supported leadership assessment, succession planning and organizational effectiveness projects. Education:

Lauren is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial Relations from where she received a bachelor’s of science degree in industrial and labor relations.
