Kurt Kamph is a principal in Heidrick Consulting’s Senn Delaney Culture Shaping Practice. He has 30 years of experience guiding CEOs and senior leadership teams to shape their organizational cultures to achieve ever higher performance in a way that is sustainable and enduring.
He has a deep expertise in working in partnership with hundreds of CEOs and senior leaders to identify the key cultural elements that will lead to success and bringing those elements to life in all aspects of the enterprise. Kurt has worked with clients in large and global corporations in a wide variety of industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, consumer products, retail, energy services, entertainment, insurance and financial services.
Prior to working in culture transformation consulting, Kurt had 15 years of experience successfully leading teams in the media and entertainment fields.Education:
Kurt holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Rhode Island and has completed postgraduate work at Ohio University, University of California Los Angeles, and the University of Southern California.
