Kristen began working with Diversified Search in 2015 as a research consultant, formally joining the firm in 2018.

Kristen Olson works mainly in Human Resources and Digital, Media, Entertainment, and Sports practices.

Prior to joining Diversified Search, Olson was most recently a Development Coordinator for the National MS Society. There, she worked to create, manage, and maintain five department websites and mobile applications.

Olson boasts a rich background in the performing arts, having studied both theater and music at Muhlenberg College and physical theater at The Accademia del’Arte. She also holds experience in development, having worked as a fundraising representative with the Metropolitan Opera and as a Development Assistant at Columbia University.
