With more than a decade of executive search experience working in both the Atlanta and Chicago offices, her clients include consumer-facing organizations within the Fortune 500 and emerging growth companies that are private equity backed or founder led. Her functional expertise spans general management, commercial leadership roles, human resources, and R&D/innovation across numerous consumer sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods and hospitality.

Kelley brings extensive experience recruiting impactful senior leaders across functions that drive improved commercial capability, increased revenue, customer loyalty, and employee engagement. She supports her clients through the creative identification and attraction of game-changing talent that can elevate company performance in the evolving, highly competitive global marketplace.

Prior to her career in executive search, Kelley worked in learning and development in the cash management division at Wells Fargo. Her responsibilities included developing and delivering training for cash management employees, conducting needs assessments, and introducing e-learning across the division.

Kelley earned a bachelor of science in business management and a bachelor of arts in Spanish language and literature, cum laude, from North Carolina State University. She also earned a master of business administration from the University of Georgia, Terry School of Business.
