Julia Penrose is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the CEO & Board, and Global Technology Practices. She specializes in CEO, board and senior-level assignments across a variety of sectors, including consumer internet, enterprise software, cloud, SaaS, security, and networking.
Julia has assisted companies in a number of successful C-level searches including, chief executive officers, chief marketing & sales officers, chief operating officers, chief technology officers, and board members.
She works with private equity and venture capital firms in the recruitment of C-level portfolio company executives. Additionally, she assists Fortune 1000 companies with succession, internal executive assessments, development, organizational design, and onboarding.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Julia began her career in private wealth management at UBS Financial Services before working at Bloomberg LP.Education:
