He also founded and serves as co-leader of the firm’s Big Data & Analytics Practice, working with clients seeking to capitalize on data and analytics as competitive differentiators. Joshua has completed C-level and senior-level searches for diverse clients across multiple industries with a focus on technology and services-driven companies. In addition, Joshua has completed numerous executive assessments and coaching sessions with senior executives at a Fortune 50 technology company.
Specific areas of focus include data science and analytics, healthcare technology and services, marketing and information services, corporate strategy and innovation.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Joshua was head of research at Publishers Communication Group (PCG), a consulting research firm dedicated to working with scholarly publishers and content providers.
Prior to PCG, Joshua was a senior research associate with a leading retained executive search firm. In this role, he worked with a variety of clients from early stage, venture-funded companies to established market leaders in the financial services, biotechnology/ pharmaceutical, and high technology industries.Education:
Joshua earned a master of science degree from Simmons College and was recognized as a James M. Matarazzo Scholar. He also graduated with a bachelor of arts in comparative literature from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he was a Commonwealth Scholar.
