Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, she was a principal in another executive search firm, where she worked primarily with high-growth consumer businesses and venture-backed companies. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to form deep client connections and recruit top digital talent to blue-chip consumer tech organizations.
Previously, she worked in sales and account management for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group and helped manage the firm’s top revenue-generating clients including JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs.Education:
