Jeremy is an executive search consultant in Venture Capital Financial service, Consumer Markets and Technology Products.

Jeremy Hanson is Partner-in-Charge of the Minneapolis office, and a member of the Global CEO & Board of Directors Practice, where he consults on the governance and leadership implications of growing investor demand for sustainability (ESG) performance.  He previously was Managing Partner of the firm’s Global Financial Officers Practice.

He has has worked for over 20 years with public and private companies across all industry sectors with primary focus on consumer/retail; technology; industrial; business services; and life sciences.  In addition to this search practice, Jeremy frequently serves as an advisor to clients in the areas of succession planning, organizational design and executive coaching.  He has specialized experience recruiting leaders to organizations with a strong outdoor conservation focus.

Before joining the executive search industry, Jeremy held a variety of general management and consulting positions at American Express and Cargill.

Jeremy is active in non-profit, community-based board work.Education:

Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree from Hamline University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
