Jennifer Wilson is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dallas office with a focus on the industrial and consumer products sectors.
Jennifer partners with leading global companies to drive performance by identifying and placing chief human resources officers and other leaders in strategic HR roles including divisional HR leaders and senior business partners, and leading clients on talent acquisition, talent management, HR transformation, diversity and inclusion, and total rewards assignments.
Jennifer joined Heidrick & Struggles after 10+ years in global strategy and organizational consulting, most recently in Asia, where she advised senior leaders at large American and European companies on growth in Greater China. Project highlights include the development of a technology commercialization strategy for a chemical company, an organizational diagnostic and re-design for a water utility, and the development and implementation of an innovative marketing program for a premium consumer products brand.
Prior to her career in strategy consulting, Jennifer worked in executive education at NYU Stern’s School of Business and as a consultant at the American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC), where she focused on identifying and disseminating best practices in strategic HR at US companies.Education:
Jennifer earned an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a BS, magna cum laude, from Trinity University, where she majored in international business and history. She also holds a certificate in executive coaching.
