Jane Bargmann is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the Industrial and Chief Supply Chain & Operations Officers practices. She has more than 15 years’ experience in executive search and management consulting in the US, Europe, and the Middle East , recruiting and developing talent globally for the Fortune 500, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and start-ups.

Jane has led searches for board directors, chief executive officers, chief operations and supply chain officers, chief transformation officers, general managers, and functional experts, and has experience in the industrial, consumer, transportation & logistics, and financial services industries. She serves as an internal expert on recruiting talent to drive enterprise transformations, inclusive of high growth, cost reduction, globalization, or Industry 4.0 investment scenarios.

Jane began her career as a consultant in Charles River Associates’ chemicals and petroleum practice, where she focused on corporate strategy, economic development, and private equity due diligence. She spent five years as an expatriate in the Middle East, partnering with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on their national industrialization and logistics strategy.Education:

Jane earned her MBA with distinction from London Business School and her B.Sc. in economics form the London School of Economics.
