She experienced being on client side as well as consultant in premium executive search companies. Her market expertise includes Manufacturing, Energy & Utility, FMCG and Professional Services. She is well familiar with the Slovak and Czech markets and has a wide network of contacts developed over the years.
Projects aimed at analyzing processes in production and non-production enterprises and in-depth assessments of managers allowed her to get good overview of the functioning of companies and understand their needs in the field of human resources.
Jana holds a master’s degree in social Pedagogy. In addition to her native Slovak, she speaks English, Czech and some German.
