Jaimee Eddington is a partner with Heidrick & Struggles’ Dallas office and a member of the global Financial Officers Practice. She specializes in senior-level assignments across consumer, technology, healthcare and life sciences, business services, and financial services.

Jaimee assists companies with internal executive assessments, organizational design, and development.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jaimee was in investment banking at Robert W. Baird where she worked primarily on mergers and acquisitions and equity offerings. She advised a number of branded consumer companies in apparel, retail, and food and beverage. Her investment banking experience also includes consumer and business services middle market transactions with Hiltop Holdings (formerly Southwest Securities) and large-cap transactions in the technology, media and telecom group with J.P. Morgan. Jaimee also did strategic planning for various merchant divisions at the Neiman Marcus Group Inc.Education:

Jaimee graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and she graduated from Harvard Business School with her MBA.
