Graham Beatty is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and is the Americas’ sector leader for real estate within the firm’s Financial Services Practice.
Graham has more than 15 years of executive search experience. His expertise spans the financial services industry where he advises clients in commercial real estate, private equity, and global banking and markets. Leveraging his industry and talent management expertise, he works with clients to identify leadership solutions.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Graham was an executive search consultant with a multinational recruitment firm focused on the real estate sector. His experience includes C-suite executive search work (CEO, CFO, COO, and CHRO) for private equity backed portfolio companies and investment management firms, as well as recruiting senior investment professionals and distribution executives for his client organizations.
He recently partnered with a global private equity firm to build-out the executive suite of a significant, newly-formed real estate platform. In addition, he has assisted in enhancing multiple real estate management teams through the recruitment of executive officer talent to ensure IPO readiness.
Prior to entering the executive search field, Graham began his career in financial services in emerging markets fixed income sales at UBS.Education:
