Gabriella brings many years of relevant experience in the life sciences sector to Eric Salmon & Partners.

Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners Gabriella led the life sciences practice of an established executive search consultancy, specialised in recruiting executives, senior management and industry-specific professionals in the life sciences and healthcare industries at domestic and international level.

Before moving into executive search Gabriella gained experience in executive roles such as marketing, sales, communications, commercial operations and general management within multinational pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies. She started her professional career within the sales & marketing department at Janssen-Cilag and then at Amgen.

In her last position, she was General Manager of Abbott Vascular Knoll-Ravizza. Before that she was Immunology Director for the Italian team of blockbuster Humira and was Head of Communications for Abbott Italy.

Gabriella holds a degree in Pharmacy from La Sapienza University in Rome and a Master’s degree in Marketing from LUISS Business School.

Gabriella is also engaged in training and educational activities in the areas of human resources, marketing, and market access, cooperating with several universities and not-for-profit organizations.
