Fabrice has worked with numerous executive search teams across Asia to design and implement innovative strategies and transformations.

After McKinsey & Company, Fabrice joined global executive search firm Spencer Stuart where he was the partner in charge of the Asia-Pacific financial services practice. He also worked with boards and CEOs to build and develop their leadership teams.

In 2013, Fabrice co-founded a high-level leadership advisory and executive search firm working with family businesses, top consulting firms and private equity investors on critical issues including:

• CEO and senior executive coaching for performance and purpose
• Leadership team coaching to clarify vision, foster alignment and increase sustainable performance
• Family business governance, organisation design and generation transition
• Executive search to find the best talent to create sustainable performance.

Fabrice holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris. Married to a Singaporean, he has lived and worked in Asia since 1997.  He is a certified integral coach, a certified organizational coach, a certified yoga and meditation teacher, and is qualified to use several leading psychometric tools.
